Confirmed technical failures

A confirmed failed or canceled generation restores the deducted credits automatically. This is a credit reversal, not an automatic cash refund. Refresh your balance after the task has reached its final state.

Uncertain submissions

If the provider has not confirmed a submission, keep the existing task ID and contact support before retrying. The application preserves the task for review to avoid duplicate paid renders.

Purchase requests

For a completely unused credit pack, request a refund within seven days of purchase. Send the order identifier to support@coffeemakingai.app. A completed render with an artistic or likeness problem is different from a confirmed technical failure; include the task ID and a description so it can be reviewed.
